Documents Required

Documents you may be asked for

Once we have undertaken a market wide analysis and found you the best quote for your factoring needs, the factoring company itself will then contact you.

They will be taking the risk in providing you with your invoice factoring service, which means that they may require certain documents from yourself to verify your business suitability and to confirm your full details. They will also need for their purposes to collect your full business details to add you onto their client database.

The documentation may vary according to which invoice factoring company you use but the documents that are usually required by them are as follows:

·                     Your company details

·                     Confirmation of your identification

·                     Some companies require a copy of your most recent CV

·                     Your business plan

·                     Your cash flow forecasts

·                     Your profit/loss forecasts

·                     Any current invoices and sales details

·                     Your customer details - your main customers only

·                     References from some of your main customers

·                     Bank references or past finance providers.

This is in no means an exhaustive list of the documents required and in some circumstances very little documentation is required at all.
